Potential benefits of lemon water

Number one answer.....Hydration! No other liquid is as good for the body as water. Lemon water aids in digestion and freshens breath. 

 

The vitamin C protects the body from free radicals, and is believed to lower the risk of stroke and high blood pressure. One study even states that vitamin C helps reduce wrinkles.

 

Plus lemons have been found to reduce weight gain and reduce insulin resistance in mice.
