Creating a protective bubble

If you deal with a negative nelly on a regular basis, you may want to use this technique from my friend Wendy Leyva at to help rid you of that negative juju!

Take three deep, full breaths in and out

  1. Imagine your feet are connecting to the earth and taking root to ground yourself

  2. Breathe deeply

  3. Bring your awareness to your heart space and imagine a glowing light there in your favorite color

  4. Expand that light throughout your whole body

  5. Imagine the light creating a giant bubble surrounding you - get creative! It can have layers, textures, sound, temperature, a lovely scent, etc.

  6. Imagine the outer most layer to be a mirror that bounces the negativity away from you.
